The Ideas Factory had its origins as a property company, and we still love to source and distribute cracking property investment deals, but now we do a whole lot more too.

The company launched as a property investment club and brokering service 12 years ago and over the years we have steadily gained expertise in the many diverse ways of investing in property both in the UK and overseas. You directly benefit from our comprehensive experience gained hands-on in property. We vet each and every opportunity that we release to our database, and test, question and gauge its suitability from every angle before offering it to you.
